Prior to forming her own consulting business, Alice had a career in global corporate banking, managing diverse branding initiatives and developing wide-ranging programs to support global growth at Citibank and Deutsche Bank.
At Deutsche Bank, Alice was Head of Global Cash Management Marketing, where she was responsible for the branding and launch of Deutsche Bank’s acquisition of the Bankers Trust Global Cash Management business, and for the growth of the new business.
In Citibank’s Global Cash Management and Worldwide Securities Services units, Alice was responsible for managing the full range of internal and external marketing programs needed to support the growth of these global businesses. The high-performing teams she hired and managed included some of the world’s top branding, communication, and design firms as well as independent consultants and writers.
Alice began her career as Assistant Publicity Director in book publishing. She then held a variety of marketing, technical communication, and management positions in high tech before joining Citibank National Systems and Technology to manage a communication team tasked with supporting the nationwide rollout of the bank’s systems.
Alice’s ability to write about complex technical services and solutions with speed and accuracy is one of her unique competitive advantages as a consultant.
