About Alice

Alice is a strategic communications consultant with deep expertise in a core branding discipline known as the competitive differentiation. She has a strong track record in helping her clients refine their brands and create thought leadership that fuels their growth and visibility.

Before forming her consulting business in 2000, Alice had a career in global corporate banking at Citibank and Deutsche Bank.

At Deutsche Bank, Alice was Head of Global Cash Management Marketing, where she was responsible for the branding and launch of Deutsche Bank’s acquisition of the Bankers Trust Global Cash Management business, and for the growth of the new business.

At Citibank, in Global Cash Management and Worldwide Securities Services, Alice was responsible for managing the full range of internal and external marketing programs needed to support the growth of these global businesses.

The high-performing teams Alice hired and managed included some of the world’s top branding, communication, and design firms as well as independent consultants and writers.

Alice began her career as Assistant Publicity Director in book publishing. She then held strategic communication and management positions in high tech before joining Citibank National Systems and Technology.

At Citibank, Alice managed a communication team tasked with supporting the nationwide rollout of the bank’s systems. She was then hired by Global Cash Management Marketing to write thought leadership about Citibank’s industry-leading global proprietary network and services.

Alice’s ability to write about complex technical services and solutions with speed and accuracy is one of her strengths as a consultant.

Alice’s clients value her for the clarity of her critical thinking and insights, and for her expertise in developing effective communication strategies. A certified instructor of yoga and meditation since 2008, Alice was featured as a speaker on “Meditation and Mindfulness in the Age of Volatility” at the Association for Financial Professionals in San Diego.
